At Staging Scotia, we believe every home has a story and we’re here to help it shine. Founded by Jessica Barnett, an Interior Design graduate with extensive expertise in home staging, renovations, and design, our company brings decades of combined experience to every project.

Jessica first launched her design and staging business in the GTA in 2015 under the name Performance Stages, quickly building a reputation for transforming homes and maximizing client returns. In 2022, she relocated the business to Halifax to embrace a new lifestyle and showcase her designs in what she calls the best province in Canada. From this move, Staging Scotia was born.

We are proud to be a family-owned and operated company. Every member of our team is family, and that foundation fuels how we work—side by side, with integrity, trust, and a commitment to excellence.
