This partnership has been carefully designed with our agents in mind. We know that staging is one of the most powerful tools in real estate, helping homes sell faster and often for 5–26% more. The challenge for many agents has been the upfront cost. With this collaboration, that barrier is gone.

Agents now have two convenient ways to cover staging costs:

 1. Bill to Your Agent Account

• Staging costs can be billed directly to your Royal LePage agent account.
• Payment is due on the first of the month.

2. Pay at Closing Option

• For an additional $250 administration fee, staging costs can be deferred until the property closes, or for up to 120 days, whichever comes first.
• This option requires final approval from the brokerage office.

This means every agent can confidently stage their listings, keep up with market trends, and compete at the highest level—without carrying the financial burden upfront. Staging gives you the opportunity to set records, achieve top dollar, and deliver a true win for your clients, yourself, and the brokerage.

• Office Materials – Staging guides, handouts, and resources available at Royal LePage offices to help you answer client questions with confidence.

These materials are designed to position you as the expert, help you win more listings, and show your clients that staging is an investment with measurable returns.

We proudly stage homes across HRM and surrounding areas. Availability may vary depending on project demand and scheduling.

• Staging bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For the Pay at Closing option, final approval must be provided by the brokerage office before confirmation.
• Once a stage date is booked, it is considered firm and confirmed.
• Cancellations are subject to applicable cancellation fees.
• Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability and the next open staging date. Staging Scotia will make every effort to accommodate changes, but availability depends on the weekly schedule.
• If you have already paid for your booking and the staging is subsequently cancelled, the payment will not be refunded.
• Instead, the funds will be credited toward your next staging project and securely held with the brokerage.
• This policy reflects the established accounting processes between Staging Scotia and Royal LePage.
